Home Rowing Machine

Ever thought about how a rowing machine works? Check it out …
Rowing machines are designed to duplicate the real rowing motions used on the water. And similar to the real rowing, working out with a rowing machine tones and strengthens the lower and upper body. Home rowing machines are great for overall toning as well as cardio vascular exercise . Rowing is ideal for getting in shape, and exercises all of your major muscles groups– more so than any other single piece of cardio vascular fitness equipment. Rowing machines are engineered to simulate real boat rowing so that it seems as if you are pushing oars through water as you work the machine . As an oar is pulled back and pushed forward with a fluid motion in actual water, the water functions as the resistance.
Rowing machines are a great transition between strength and endurance workouts, providing an excellent cardio workout and strengthening your arm, back, shoulders and abdominal muscles. Rowing machines are designed to replicate the actual workout which is done on the water. Just like actual rowing, working out with a rowing machine makes both the upper and lower body to work . Rowing machines are uncomplicated to use. You simply sit on the seat and slide up and back pushing and pulling the handles as you row . Your knees should be slightly when you are closest to the machine’s base, straightening out as you slide back with the rowing stroke. Your knees should remain slightly bent at the furthest point of your stroke and you should keep your back straight at all times .
With that said , it is challanging to find a more complete exercise routine with one piece of exercise equipment.
